I sent an email to them in February about the huge quality change and was told simply that they were "upgrading their system to state of the art Kodak processing". Luckily\unluckily for us, Clark's processing, functionality and customer service is so terrible that it has is quite obvuious to regular users, and that repeat business should dry up.
