Carena SMR-1000 SLR 35mm???

Hi,
I recently purchased a Carena SLR camera. It has SMR-1000 on it. I was wondering anyone would know the approximate manufacture date. Also it appears that it takes a battery, but it is missing, wondering if you would know. Also I am interesting in a manual for it. Thanks and any assistance would be greatly
