And have realised that we have also been hit by this same company under a different name Proteck Direct.
The addresses are the same as is the phone number. Just a different name. Please steer clear of them and pass the word. They have taken our money and are no longer responding to faxes or emails, and are getting ruder on the phone. We have been chasing them now to return our money for 3 weeks, this was after waiting 3 weeks for a digital camera which we were given a myriad of excuses about.
