Dear Sirs, In the past 3 months 2 new camera have been purchased through target store, Vivatar and the cameras have some type of defect, it will not shut off and it runs the battery down. I took it back to the store in hopes they would swap it for me but was told they could not help me that i had to contact you. So I am stuck with two brand new cameras and out money and no one will bother to help me solve this problem first of all i will not buy another item at Target and my suggestion to you as a Good company reconsider selling you item to them because they do not stand behind you in selling your product. They do not wish to satisfy thier customers and when there is a problem with the item that was purchased there it makes the manufactors look bad too. Please help with information that i could use to try to resolve this problem. Thank you for your help and understanding. shelia
