Hmmmmmmmm. I'm getting a rough deal by the sound of this. I go to my local photo processor and he provides excellent prints within an hour, over the counter. Must find someone that can lose them for a couple of months to be a part of that wonderful experience...

: I sent my son's college graduation pictures to Clark to be developed in June. By August I contacted them because I hadn't received the photos. Clark was very responsive. After checking their records and determining my photos weren't processed, they sent me a tracer form to be completed. I completed it as best I can and sure enough, 2 weeks later, I RECEIVED MY PHOTOS. I think they did a superb job. I will continue to use them as I have for the past many, many years.
