I have a Super 8 Movie Projector that is about 30 years old and no longer working. I have taken it to several camera shops but am told that parts are no longer available, and there is no place I can buy a new one as they are not made anymore. I would like to find one somewhere. Can anyone help?

Try KMR Electronics in Santa Ana, Calif. (www.kmr.com). They repair all makes/models of film projectors and in some cases are the only remaining source of parts.
Editor's Note: But repairing it will cost more than replacing it with a working used Super 8 projector from eBay.

I've bought two at the local Salvation Army thrift store in the last month, one is an 8mm projector and the other takes both 8mm and super 8 movies.

Did you try eBay? I typed "super 8 projector" into eBay's search and came up with 105 super 8 projectors for sale. Priced from $1 up.
