First off, what is your artwork? Sculptures? Huge paintings? Smalling paintings?
Secondly, would you ship the artwork to the photographer, or would you want him/her to come to where the artwork is?
How much work do you want done for $100? There are a lot of questions that would need to be answered.
You might start at a college that has a photography department. There are probably some poor students with talent who would love to make a quick buck.
