The Pax M2 was made by Yamato Industries. There's a nice photograph of a Pax M3 on Pacific Rim Camera's web site http://www.pacificrimcamera.com/pp/yamato/paxm3.htm
Thompson Photo Products has a Pax M2 instruction book for only $10 - that's cheap! Snap it up. It's near the very bottom of this page http://www.thompsonphoto.com/usd/books.html under Yamato.
As with any camera which is seized up, NEVER try to force anything. If the focus is frozen, it could be from years of sitting idle and the lubrication has turned to goo. It could also be because the camera has been dropped on the lens barrel but there should be signs of this.
