How do the film speed values on this meter compare with current ASA film speed values. Is there a correction factor if they do not correspond. Please advise.

I have a question to this light meter. In what unit are the numbers on the light meter? In watt or something else? Please help me fast. i need to know it for school experiment. thanks Peggy
