Are you able to bulk-load your own cassettes? I have a couple of 100 foot rolls of Kodak 5071 duplicating film that's out of date but should be good since it was refrigerated. If you e-mail me your address, I'll send you one.
I'd suggest you try to locate an old colour mixing head from an enlarger - I use this method at home with a 55mm Micro-Nikkor on an extension tube. You'll have to run a couple of test films, because each batch of 5071 needs slightly different colour filtration.
Anything other than 5071 will be a nightmare: the contrast is just too high with regular slide film. You'll end up screaming!
As for the lens, see if you can pick up a cheap bellows and an 80mm enlarging lens.
