: Bad news Jim

: The battery for that camera is no longer made. The PX32 battery had mercury in it so got whacked by the environmentalists. It was a 5.6 volt battery. It is possible to make-shift a 6 volt battery (PX28L) into the battery chamber, but you have to wrap the sides of the new battery and extend one of the contacts.
: If you do get it working, I have an owners manual for the Electro 35. I'd charge you $10 including shipping. If you want it, go to our manuals page and at the bottom, select other then order.
