: trouble focusing macro on nikon 70 using 35mm 200 film.Need to film small objects with detail
------
What kind of lens are you using on your camera? Many lenses are
not made to do close focus work. They may fine for snapshots, but
may not focus on anything really close up. Even if your lens has
"macro" capabiliites, it may not yield the kind of
results you want.
Two options would be:
Try to focus the lens manually if you are able to.
Find a used macro lens. Obviously, Nikon makes some great ones, but there are also some good ones under brand names like Vivitar, that make a great, cheap macros.
