Link Doesn't Work?

Many people write us and report a broken link. This is important. We appreciate knowing and we will immediately check your information and will try to fix the problem if there is one.

The letters usually say "I'm trying to get in touch with this camera dealer in Anytown, USA but when I try to click on the address I'm not getting through. Do you have a new address or phone number for them? The company name is ...." - Perplexed in Paducah.

Dear Perplexed, sometimes the internet can be strange. A perfectly good URL which has gotten results in the past may not be working at the moment for a variety of reasons, including:
The server is temporarily down where the web page resides. Try again later.
 You have entered the URL incorrectly.
 The author of the web page where you found the link entered it incorrectly.
The URL has changed or the page no longer exists.
High internet traffic during peak usage hours can cause your browser to time out.
